On-site repairs:

Interesting Observations

  • A technician that is only “factory trained” may not offer a significant advantage. The training “factory” may only offer programs on one brand. Technicians with experience repairing all forklift brands tend to offer flexibility and the best long-term value.
  • Technicians should be qualified by the servicing company on a job-by-job basis. A company’s average years of experience will not help you determine if the technician working on your equipment is qualified for your unique requirements.
